Mercedes is currently pursuing her CVT, and has an associate’s degree in General Animal Science from Heritage Institute. She decided to pursue a career in veterinary medicine because she found every aspect of the field interesting, and she loves that there are so many compassionate people in this field who are willing to speak for animals that can’t speak for themselves. In her free time, Mercedes loves to go to the beach, hang out with her friends, and have playdates with her dog, Raikou.
